摘要
为了克服药效下降及中毒现象，预防鸡Ｅ．ｔｅｎｅｌａ，采用联合用药的方法，药物剂量为马杜拉霉素２．５×１０－６＋地克珠利０．５×１０－６结果，联合用药组抗球虫指数（ＡＣＩ）为１９４．１，高于单独用药组（马杜拉霉素５×１０－６的ＡＣＩ１３７．３，地克珠利１×１０－６的ＡＣＩ１８６．５）。表明联合用药是一种值得探索的有效延长药物效用期的方法。
