摘要
为建立检测旋毛虫病的新方法，应用自行制备的直径约１５ｎｍ的胶体金标记ＳＰＡ，建立了检测猪旋毛虫病的滴金免疫测定法，与河南省农科院畜牧所生物技术研究室制备的旋毛虫病快速酶标试剂盒进行对比，结果有良好的一致性，两法符合率为９６．８％（３１／３２）。本法中抗原、抗体通过渗滤在膜上进行反应，数分钟内即可用肉眼观察结果。操作简单，试剂稳定、安全。
InordertoestablishanewmethodofdetectingTrichinellosisspiralis.ThedotimmunogoldfiltrateassaybySPAlabeledwithcolloidalgoldparticalsof15nmindiameterwasestablishedforthedetectionofTrichinellaSpiralisantibody.AcomparisonwasmadewithELISAestablishedbyHenanAcademicofAgriculturalScience.Theresultshowedtherewasagoodagreementbetweentwomethodswithacoincidencerateof96.87%.Becausetheantigenantibodyreactiontookplaceonthemembraneduringthefiltrationprocess,theexperimentresultcouldbereadwithnakedeyeswithinafewminutes.Itwasprovedthismethodisquitesimpleandthereagentswereratherstableandsafe.
