摘要
本文主要介绍了上海桃浦污水处理厂1999年全套引进芬兰污泥焚烧装置的研究与改造。2008年我们对代表欧洲先进焚烧技术的污泥处理装置进行了一次深层次的技术改造,解决了系统之前所出现的环境差、设备运行不稳定、污泥处理成本过高等若干问题。系统改造后成功运行表明该污泥干化焚烧技术适合我国污泥处理处置要求,可成为国内污泥干化处理的典范,在我国应该能够得到大力的推广和发展。
This paper introduces the research and transformation of the sludge treatment equipment that Shanghai Taopu Industrial Zone Wastewater Treatment Plant introduced from Finland in 1999. In 2008, we made a deep transformation to the sludge treatment equipment which represent the advanced incineration technology of European, which solved a number of issues, such as the poor environment, unstable operation of equipment, the high cost of sludge treatment and so on. The successful operation after transformation shows that the sludge drying and incineration technology is suitable for China＇s sludge disposal requirements, may become a model for treatment of dry sludge, and should get strong promotion and development in China.
