摘要
目的探讨印片细胞学与快速冷冻结合在乳腺肿瘤术中快速病理诊断的应用价值。方法对652例乳腺肿瘤手术标本分别进行印片细胞和快速冷冻切片检查,两者的诊断结果分别与常规石蜡切片诊断结果进行比较。结果印片细胞制片时间平均为5～8min,染色效果好,显示出肿瘤的分化特征;随着肿瘤恶性程度的增加,印片中细胞数量也明显增多;印片细胞学和快速冷冻切片诊断准确率相近,分别为97.43%和99.04%,两者结合后乳腺肿瘤术中快速病理诊断的定性准确率可达到99.52%。结论术中乳腺印片细胞学诊断具有快速、准确、简便之优点,但有一定局限性,还需要与快速冷冻切片的组织病理学结合,以进一步提高诊断的准确性。
Objective To improve the accuracy of the rapid intraoperative diagnosis of breast masses. Methods We took both imprint cytology and frozen section, and compared the results with the postoperation diagnosis. Results Among 652 cases, 646 were diagnosed correctly with frozen section, 99.04 % for correct rate; 636 were diagnosed correctly with imprint cytology, 97.43% for correct rate ; considering the combination methods, 649 were diagnosed correctly and the correct rate reached to 99. 52 %. Conclusion Using both imprint cytology and frozen section during operation can increase the accuracy of rapid intraoperative diagnosis of breast masses.
