摘要
目的评价CBCT辅助影像学检测结合显微超声技术,针对根管口严重钙化的MB2根管进行疏通治疗的临床效果。方法选取临床中27例经显微根管治疗仍未疏通之MB2根管为研究对象,利用CBCT辅助检测,确定手术入路,再用显微超声治疗方法进行根管入口寻找。结果 27例单纯显微超声治疗未能疏通的钙化MB2根管,经CBCT辅助检测定位后,再行显微超声治疗21例得以疏通,疏通成功率达77.8%。结论 CBCT检测结合显微超声治疗为临床处理根管口严重钙化MB2根管提供有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Cone Beam CT （CBCT） combined with dental operating microscope and ultrasonic instruments on negotiation of severely calcified MB2 canals in the maxillary first molars. Methods A total of 27 MB2 canals of the maxillary first molars that had not been negotiated by dental operating microscope, and ultrasonic instruments were selected in the present study. The entry of 21 canals was detected by using the dental operating microscope and ultrasonic instruments, after the operating pathway was determined by the CBCT examination. Results The 21 MB2 canals of the whole 27 maxillary first molars were negotiated, with a success rate of 77.8%. Coadusion The usage of CBCT combined with dental operating microscope and ultrasonic instruments is proved to be efficient in negotiation of severely calcified MB2 canals.
