摘要
采用浆膜表面埋植双极引导电极，多道同时记录法，测定了“催情促孕散”对休情期绵羊子宫体、子宫角、输卵管肌电活动的影响。结果表明：催情促孕散对子宫体、子宫角均有明显增强其肌电活动的峰电峰值（Ｐ＜００１），峰电频率（Ｐ＜００１），电活动时程（Ｐ＜００１）的作用。对输卵管也有明显的增强其肌电活动的峰电频率（Ｐ＜００１），电活动时程（Ｐ＜００１）的作用，对峰电峰值却有先抑制（０．０１＜Ｐ＜００５）后增强（００１＜Ｐ＜００５）的作用。说明催情促孕散能增强子宫、输卵管的肌电活动，促进收缩运动。催情促孕散对子宫、输卵管肌电活动的兴奋作用与Ｍ受体无关。
