摘要
为进一步研究低磷引起血红蛋白尿症的发病机理,对低磷奶牛血清生化指标进行了检测。采用分组对比(血尿组、低磷组、对照组)的方法,测定各组奶牛血清若干生化指标。结果,血尿组、低磷组、对照组血清无机磷含量(mmol/L)差异显著(P<001),血清钙含量三组间差异不显著(P>005);血清GOT三组分别为82.01±1324、6151±320、3500±267;GPT分别为139.02±12.31、148.90±16.28、98.02±8.52;总胆红素分别为2.73±0.47、0.26±0.08、016±005;间接胆红素血尿组为2.47±0.26,其他组均在正常范围内。结果表明,血尿组奶牛有严重的高胆红素血症,间接胆红素明显增加,提示血尿时红细胞破坏加剧,产生严重的血管内溶血;低磷奶牛肝功能异常,导致红细胞膜组成物质的异常。
