摘要
文章研究了中药标准化与知识产权战略的发展现状,梳理了两者发展过程中存在的问题,探讨了两者出现矛盾与冲突的原因,在此基础上运用协同学、系统论等基本原理,提出了中药标准化与知识产权战略协同发展的战略思想、指导原则、战略模型及应对策略等政策机制,以期为相关部门解决中药标准化涉及的知识产权问题提供理论依据和政策建议。
According to the theroy of synergetics,based on the study of present situations,problems and reasons for contradictions and conflicts,the concept,principles,model and strategies for the coordinated development between standardization strategy and intellectual property strategy in traditional Chinese medicine were finally put forward.The theoretical basis and policy suggestions provided by this study could be used for solving the promblems in standardization and intellectual property strategy in TCM.
