摘要
目的:采用RCT的方法,通过病证结合方证对应、方证次对应、常规西药3种治疗方式干预冠心病心绞痛,评价3种治疗方案的疗效及与相关生物学指标的关联性。方法:4个中心198例经冠脉造影证实的冠心病心绞痛病例辨证为气虚血瘀及痰瘀互阻两型,每个证型各99例,采用随机双盲法分为方证对应、方证次对应、常规医药组,治疗28d,分别观察疾病的疗效、中医证候疗效、病人生活质量及生物学指标疗效。结果:方证对应组在心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效、生活质量改善及对炎症因子、斑块因子、血栓因子方面优于方证次对应组及常规西药组(P<0.05)。结论:方证对应治疗不仅能够改善中医临床证候积分,心绞痛发作次数及程度,对生活质量也有改善作用,并从生物学基础方面诠释了病证结合方证对应的临床疗效优于方证次对应治疗及单纯西药治疗。
Objective：By the methods of RCT to observe the three kinds of treatment of correspondence of formula and syndrome,the minor correspondence of formula and syndrome,and conventional western medicine intervention in coronary heartdisease angina.Methods：198 cases of coronary heart disease confirmed by coronary angiography in four centers were selected.99 of them were authenticated to the syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis;others belonged to syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis.Randomized and double-blind,double dummy trial were carried out.All the patients were divided into three groups,which were correspondence group of formula and syndrome,minor correspondence group of formula and syndrome and conventional western medicine group.After 28 days of treatment,we observed the effect of Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome、the effect of disease、the improvement of the patients’life quality and effect of biological indicators.Results：Correspondence group of formula and syndrome not only can improve the Chinese medicine clinical symptom scores,number and degree of angina,quality of life,but also improved on the role and the biological basis for interpretation of the square corresponding to syndrome and Syndrome Clinical evidence plays better than the minor correspondence group of formula and syndrome and only western medicine basis.Conclusion：treatment of correspondence of formula and syndrome not only improve the clinical evaluation of Chinese medicine,prevent or reduce the frequency of further of angor pectoris,but also have a better effection on life quality.
