腰痛的恐惧-逃避模型的研究现状 被引量：10

摘要 腰痛非常普遍，几乎所有人在一生中都会经历急性腰痛发作．但只有很少的人会发展为慢性腰痛。以往传统的生物医学模式．注重结构和生物力学的异常，不能有效的解释慢性腰疼与失能的关系。一种新的医学模型——生物-心理-社会医学模式．加入了心理和社会因素，可以很好的解决这个问题。其中恐惧-逃避模型最具有代表性，恐惧和焦虑作为一种心理因素在这个模型中起着非常重要的作用，已经引起广泛关注。
