摘要
广东省水资源虽然比较丰富，但时空分布不均，且水利工程的调节性能较低，水资源的利用不充分，水的供需矛盾仍然存在。本文结合本省具体情况，论述了加强节水灌溉的必要性和重要性，并阐述了节水灌溉的多项措施。
Guangdong is richer in water resocurces, but the distribution of wich is not uniformity in time and space, the regulating propties of the water projects are lower, and the utilizations of water resources are not full.The contradictionaries of supply and requirements are always exist. The necessary and the inportance to strengthen water saving irrigation are discaussed with the concrete conditions in this paper.
