CYP3A5基因遗传多态性及临床研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 细胞色素酶P4503A(cytochrome P4503A,CYP3A)是人体代谢许多内源性化合物、外源性底物及其前致癌物的一类重要的肝脏药物氧化代谢酶,占成人肝脏细胞色素总量的30%,代谢超过50%的临床用药物。而CYP3A5是P4503A家族中活性最强的酶之一,因存在突变多态性,不同的单核苷酸多态(single nucleotide polymorphism,SNP)可导致药物有不同的代谢活性,对不同SNP的分析可以对个性化用药做出指导。不同的SNP可能还与某些疾病的遗传易感性相关,就上述CYP3A5的遗传多态性及临床意义进行综述。
