摘要
给家兔行断腱手术，在光镜和电镜下观察跟腱愈合与肥大细胞的关系，结果显示，跟腱愈合的早期，肥大细胞的出现是跟腱愈合的又一主要因素。断腱的远端的生长速度优于断腱的近端，主要原因是断腱远端的血管增生早，肥大细胞数量多，从而在远端造成了有利于胶原纤维的合成、分泌、重组的微环境。
The relationship between the heeling of tendon calcaneus and the mast cell by microscope and electromicroscope after the operation of cutting rabbit's tendon off. The result showed that the appearence of the mast cell was another important factor for early tendon's heeling. The distant breakage's growing speed was faster than the proximal part mostly because that the former's earlier blood vessel multiplication and more mast cells helped itself establish a better microenvirenment for collagenous fiber's synthesis,secretion and rebuilding.
