毛白杨黄化机理和调节方法的研究

摘要 矿质营养对于植物生长发育具有十分重要的作用,植物出现生理缺素,生长发育就会异常,毛白杨缺铁黄化就属其中一种。缺铁原因除与土壤有关外,还与育苗技术密切相关,该文归纳出五种导致苗木缺铁黄化的技术因素,并对黄化原因进行了试验认定。根据黄化机理分析,进行了根外、根部施用不同浓度有机铁溶液试验,结果表明用5%的有机铁溶液按每株2.5kg直接灌根,可从根本上解除黄化;而采用1%药液叶面喷雾效果虽好,但仅起局部作用。 Mineral nutrition has significant function on plant growth and development. If plant shows mineral element deficiency, there are disorders in growth and development, of which the ironlacking yellowing of Populus tomentosa is one.The ironlacking is correlated closely with the techniques of nurserystock growing besides soil.The study reduced the causes of ironlacking to five technique factors and recognized the causes of yellowing by experiment.According to analysis of yellowing mechanism,making experiment with different gradient of organic iron in root zone and leaves,the results show that applying 25 kg solution of 5% organic iron to the root zone of each plant by direct irrigation can relieve plant of yellowing fundamentally.Although the effect of spraying on leaves with 1% solution is good,it only make local affect
