摘要
本文用分属4类杀虫剂的氰戊菊酯、甲基对硫磷、灭多威和硫丹4种药剂分别处理不同抗药性水平的棉铃虫3龄幼虫,系统观察处理试虫各龄的历期、预蛹期、蛹重和雌雄比,以比较药剂对抗药性和较敏感棉铃虫幼虫生长发育的影响。结果表明,4种药剂对两个种群均引起幼虫发育历期延长,且以灭多威和硫丹对条山较敏感试虫的影响最大,分别比对照延长1317及1294d。各药剂处理的试虫蛹重也有不同程度的减轻;氰戊菊酯还可影响蛹的性别比例,引起雄蛹数量增多。
The 3rd instar larvae of different resistance to cotton bollworms were treated with Fenvalerate,Methyl paration,Methomyl and Endosulfan.The stadia,prepupa period,pupae weight and sex rations of pupae were examined.The results show that the laval stadia of both Xiajin population (R) and Tiaoshan population (S) were lengthened after being treated with four kinds of insecticides.Endosulfan and Methomyl had much more obvious effects,on the larval stadia than the other two,and the larval growth period increases over that of CK 13.17 days and 12.94 days separtately.Fenvalerate,Methyl paration and especially Endosulfan alleviated pupa wieght.More male pupae appeared when the larvae treated with Fenvalerate.
