摘要
商品代AA肉鸡20日龄后在其基础日粮中分别添加0、100、200、300mg/kg维生素E。结果表明:30日龄肉鸡血液白细胞数(WBC)、淋巴细胞转化率、新城疫血凝抑制抗体滴度(HI)及血清IgG含量随维生素E的添加而显著升高,50日龄时WBC数、淋巴细胞转化率及血清IgG水平呈增加趋势,但新城疫HI滴度与对照组无异。上述结果表明高剂量维生素E可增强肉鸡免疫功能。
day old AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups and fed a basal diet supplemented with 0、100、200、300 mg/kg vitamin E respectively after 20 days old. The experiment indicated that the value of white blood cells(WBC)、lymphocyte transmission rate stimulated with PHA、the levels of serum IgG and HI antibody titers to Newcastle disease were significantly higher in the experimental groups than those of control group at 30 days old.The value of WBC、the concentration of serum IgG and the Lymphocyte transmisson rate had an increased trend in the broilers supplemented with vitamin E at 50 days old,but the HI antibody titers to Newcastle disease had no differences among the experimental groups and control group.The rseults suggest that the broilers immunity can be enhanced with high dosage of vitamin E.
