摘要
目的:探讨化疗后骨髓抑制患者的护理要点。方法:对31例骨髓抑制病人采取相应的治疗和护理措施。结果:29例恢复正常,死亡2例。结论:根据骨髓抑制的程度和类型加强健康宣教、基础护理及保护性隔离,预防感染和出血是降低死亡的关键。
Objective ： To investigate bone marrow suppression after ehemotherapy points of patient care. Methods： 31 eases of bone marrow depression patients take the appropriate treatment and care measures. Results：29 patients returned to normal,2 died. Conclusion：According to the degree and type of bone marrow suppression to enhance health education,basic care and protection of isolation,preventian of infeetion and bleeding are the key to lowering mortality.
