摘要
耕作制度是保证农业具有相对稳定的生产秩序的管理体制,是发挥农业技术综合功能的系统工程,是农业的根本制度.目前,耕作制度现状及存在的诸多问题制约了农业基础性长远建设,必须采取有效对策,以保证农业的持续发展.
Tillage systems is the management system for ensureing agricultural prduction orders with relative stability.the sysytem engineering for giveing play to comprehensive functions of agricultural technigues,and it is the fundamental system of agriculture. At present.the situation of tillage system and existing problems limited long-term censtruetion of agricultural foundation ,e-fective countermeasures must be taken to ensure sustainebel devecopment of agriculture.
