摘要
本文着重探讨了企业柔性战略绩效评价特别是柔性战略绩效评价指标体系的研究。并在指标体系的基础上,应用AHP-模糊综合评价方法对柔性战略绩效进行评价。
In this paper,the author expounds the performance measurement of flexible strategy especially analyzs the indexes of the flexible strategy performance and integrates them into a system.The the AHP-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is used to ealuate the performance of the flexible strategy.
