摘要
以藤捻葡萄为对照，对藤枪的一个芽变株系的生物学和植物学特性进行观测，并对其幼叶的ＤＮＡ进行ＲＡＰＤ分析。结果表明：芽变株系在植物学、生物学特性方面存在着不同程度的变异，尤其生长势明显比对照强；一年多次结果性能好；丰产稳产；果实中的水溶性总糖、还原糖、维生素Ｃ、可溶性固形物含量增加，品质优于对照；且果肉硬度提高，具良好的贮藏性能。从幼叶中提取ＤＮＡ进行ＲＡＰＤ分析，某些引物的ＰＣＲ产物存在着一定的多态性，表明芽变株系发生了基因型的分化。
The biological and botanical characteristics of the sport of Fujiminori and the RAPD analysis of the young leaves' DNA were studied. Results showed that the sport grew more vigorously,having multiple-bearing capacity in the year cycle, higher tatal soluble sugar, reducing sugar, Vcand soluble solids content,the berries are firmer and have longer storage life. The RAPD analysisof the DNA extracted from the young leaves indicated that there were some differential bands inthe PCR amplified products using the arbitrary primers, which indicated the genotype diversity.
