摘要
以自制的系列对称型和不对称型的双子表面活性剂作为杀菌剂,采用绝迹稀释法考察双子表面活性剂对油田污水中硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)的杀菌性能。结果表明,所研究的表面活性剂对SRB都有一定的杀菌性能;随着碳链长度的变化双子表面活性剂表现出不同的杀菌性能,其中当双子表面活性剂的碳链长度为12时具有最好的杀菌效果,即12-2-12杀菌效果最好,并且比现用的杀菌剂1227具有更好的杀菌能力。此外,与对应的传统表面活性剂相比,12-2-12具有更好的杀菌性能。
Bactericidal activities of gemini surfaetants against SRB in oily waste water were measured with a method of a simple and convenient culture flask test. Results showed that all gemini surfactants in this study had bactericidal activities against SRB in oily sewage and their bactericidal properties are closely related to the length of alkyl substituents. The carbon number 12 of its alkyl has the best bactericidal activities. Compared with traditional surfactants, 12-2-12 possesses better bactericidal activity.
