摘要
中国教育经费支出的水平与国民经济增长的适应程度可以通过建立"推动效应"模型和"拉动效应"模型的方法进行具体测算。经实证分析,中国教育经费支出的增长速度已经超过了国民经济的增长速度。但是,从现实来看,中国教育经费占国内生产总值的比重还较低,还远远没有达到国际平均水平。所以,中国教育经费与国内生产总值间的这种失衡可以理解为是对过去失衡的一种弥补。
The adaptive degree of China's educational expenditure to its economic gain can be calculated through building "pushing effect" model and "pulling effect" model.The empirical analysis shows that the growth rate of China's educational expenditure has exceeded that of its national economy.However,reality shows that the proportion of China's educational expenditure to its GDP is still low and it falls far short of the international average.Therefore,the imbalance between China's educational expenditure and its GDP can be interpreted as a make-up for the previous imbalance.
