摘要
乌鲁木齐市是煤烟型污染较为严重的城市之一，特别是采暖期ＳＯ２地面浓度日均值通常超出大气环境质量二级标准的２倍左右。１９９８年供暖期环境空气中ＳＯ２年度日均值为０．１０５ｍｇ／ｍ３，是国家二级标准的１．８倍。为改善大气环境质量，配合《乌鲁木齐市冬季大气污染治理方案》的实施，通过对乌鲁木齐市ＳＯ２污染现状调查及成因分析，就如何预防ＳＯ２对乌鲁木齐市环境空气的污染进行了探讨。
The Urumqis atmosphere pollution is seriously because of the smoke from burning coal,the thing is the worse in heating season.The ground density of the SO2 is always about 2 times high than the second rank typical of quality of atmosphere environment.In 1998, the value of average one year of SO2 is 0.105mg/Nm3 in the heating season.It is 1.8 times high than the country's second rank typical. To improve the quality of the atmosphere environment,the plan of managing atmosphere pollution in winter has being practiced.Through the investigation of the SO2 pollution situation and the reason analysis in Urumqi City,to discuss the step of managing that is aim directly the SO2 pollution.
