摘要
我国畜牧业经过１８年的持续发展，供求关系已发生质的变化。在新形势下，有必要对我国畜产品供求规律进行分析研究，以更好地指导生产。本文从经济学角度，对我国畜产品供求现状和发展趋势进行了研究。
China's animal husbandry has witnessed 18 years' dev elopment.The relations between supply and demand have already changed.Under new circumstances,it is necessary to study the supply and demand law of animal produ cts so as to guide production.From the point of view of economics,the paper has studied the situation and trend of the supply and demand for animal products.The supply of animal products depends on the following factors:total resources,prog ressive rising of animal productivity,relative price of animal products,and prev ious growth rate.In the year 2000,meat products will reach 68 to 70 million tons ,egg products, 20 million tons, and milk products, 10 82 million tons. In 2020, meat products will reach 90 millon tons,egg products, 24 million tons, and milk product s, 23 7 million tons.The demand for animal products depends on the following fa ctors:total population,average purchasing power,consuming preference,relative pr ice,previous consumption growth rate and demand elasticity.
