摘要
本文首先对估算气候生产潜力的方法进行了改进,提出了“作物生长动态统计方法”和“作物生长动力方法”。采用这两种方法计算的气候生产潜力有明显的物理意义和生物学意义。在此基础上用线性规划方法给出了不同年型下获得高产、高效的作物种植最优方案。最后提出了提高气候资源利用率。
An improvement on the assessment of climatic potentiality was advanced by introd ucing “crop growth dynamics statistical method” and “crop growth dynamic met hod”. Obvious physical and biological meanings were generated in calculating cl imatic potentiality with these methods.In light with these results,the optimum s cheme of crop plantation of obtaining high yield and high benefits in different year types were given by using linear programme.Finally,the countermeasures aimi ng at improving climatic resources utilization rate and reaching high stable yie ld in the Three Norths (Northwest,Northeast and North China) were raised.
