阐述了三峡水利工程建设对三峡地区的环境影响，揭示了受工程影响所产生的大气环境、水环境、生态环境等问题，论述了大型水利工程对环境大系统影响的模糊性，提出了环境影响“不确定性”的概念，介绍了应用可靠性分析方法评价各种不确定性因素，并针对三峡水利工程建设所产生的环境问题。
The paper indicates the impacts of Three Gorges project to its environment,
including atmospheric environment, water environment and ecological environment. The
paper discusses the fuzzy character of water conservancy project to environmental
system, presenting the concept of uncertainty of environmental impacts. The paper
introduces the method of evaluating different uncertainties with reliability analysis. The
paper also suggests the countermeasures for the environmental problems produced from
water conservancy project construction.
