摘要
介绍了在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ９５平台上利用可视化编程技术开发环境监测信息检索系统（ＥＭＩＳ）的编程思路、系统结构。
The paper introduces the program thoughtway, system structure of environmental monitoring information searching system (EMIS) on the platform of Windows 95 with Visual Basic. The paper presents also the expectation of its future application and development direction.
