摘要
针对长江干线推行强制铺设围油栏工作中存在的问题，提出这项工作的必要性以及解决的对策。
Based on the problems occurred in spreading out booms in the main channel of the Yangtze River,the necessity of this job and its countermeasures are pointed out.
