摘要
构建科学合理的、可控可行的质量保障机制是研究生教育稳步发展的根本。在深入研究目前我国学位与研究生教育质量保障机制的基础之上,将外部与内部保障体系相融合,明确质量保障角色与责任体系,建立重点质量保障模式与立体化管理反馈机制,构建资源共管,共评,共享,共进的信息化平台,为学位与研究生教育质量保障机制建设提供思路。
The steady development of graduate education is based on building a scientific, reasonable, controllable and feasible quality assurance mechanism. According to a deep research on current quality assurance mechanisms of academic degree and graduate education in China, the paper studies such essential measures as the integration of both external and internal quality assurance system, the specification of roles and responsibilities in quality assurance systems, the establishment of the key quality assurance patterns, the multi-channeled management feedback mechanisms, and the construction of jointly-administrated, jointly-estimated, jointly-shared and jointly-developed information platform. It is expected to provide a better way to improve the quality assurance mechanism of academic degree and graduate education in China.
