摘要
阐述了对公路建设项目环境保护投资进行界定的目的、意义，并对其现状进行了分析，在此基础上，提出了对公路建设项目环境保护投资划分的具体原则和建议。
This paper elaborated the purpose and the significance to study the scope of investment in environmental protection with highway constructions,and then,analysed its current situation.Based on the above,this paper proposed the concrete principles and recommendations on the study of the scope of investment in environmental protection with highway constructions.
