摘要
在分析孔板流量计测量混合煤气流量主要误差来源的基础上,提出以超声波流量计为基准,检测总管煤气流量进而实现对支管煤气流量检测的在线密度补偿方案,并推导出密度补偿算法,以解决现有孔板流量计测量煤气流量精度低的问题。在此基础上构建出混合煤气流量在线补偿检测系统,并阐述了其软硬件实现过程及工程应用实例。
The main error source for using orifice-plate flowmeters to measure gas flow was analyzed.We proposed that adopting an ultrasonic flowmeter to detect gas flow in main pipe in order to achieve an online-density compensation of gas flow in branch pipes,and inferred online-density compensation algorithms of mixed gas flow,so that we can re-solve the problem of low accuracy of orifice-plate flowmeters.On the base of this,we designed an online-compensation system of detecting mixed gas flow,and illustrated its realization based on hardware and software.At last,the example of applying this system in metallurgical limekiln of Meishan Iron and Steel Company of the Baosteel Group Corporation was given.
