摘要
为解决高氯酸铵基复合改性双基(AP-CMDB)推进剂易出现高温过软、低温过脆的力学性能问题,研究了多种辅助增塑剂对AP-CMDB推进剂力学性能的影响。结果表明:固体辅助增塑剂吉纳(DINA)和1,3,3-三硝基氮杂环丁烷(TNAZ)可明显改善AP-CMDB推进剂高温条件下(50℃)的力学性能;液体辅助增塑剂聚缩水甘油醚硝酸酯(PGLYN)、双叠氮乙二醇二乙酸酯(EGBAA)及三羟甲基乙烷三硝酸酯(TMETN)可提高AP-CMDB推进剂-40℃的力学性能。所选择辅助增塑剂中TNAZ和TMETN的增塑效果最佳。
The influence of various assistant plasticizers on the mechanical properties of AP-CMDB propellants was studied to solve the mechanical property problems of AP-CMDB propellants such as too soft at high temperature and too brickle at low temperature. The results show that solid assistant plasticizers, such as N-nitrodihydroxyethylaminedinitrate (DINA) and 1,3,3- trinitroazetidine (TNAZ), can obviously improve the mechanical properties of AP-CMDB propellants at high temperature of 50℃, and liquid assistant plasticizers, such as poly(glycidyl nitrate) (PGLYN), diazidoethanediol diacetate (EGBAA) and trimethylolethane trinitrate (TMETN), can improve the mechanical properties of AP-CMDB propellants at low temperature of-40℃. The plasticizing effects of TNAZ and TMETN are optimum in the candidates.
