摘要
构皮滩水电站是乌江干流梯级开发中规模最大的控制性工程。由于地质条件复杂,致使工程设计中遇到了一系列关键性技术难题,如复杂岩溶区拱坝设计、大型地下洞室群围岩稳定、泄洪消能与防雾化处理、渗控工程及岩溶地质缺陷综合处理,以及高拱坝温控防裂技术等。详细阐述了处理上述关键性技术难题的设计思路、具体的工作程序和处理措施,以及所取得的工程实际效果。至2009年底,电站机组全部投入运行,实现了提前发电目标,枢纽工程安全运行得到了验证,而且节省了工程投资,取得了较好的综合经济效益。
Goupitan Hydropower Station is the largest controlling project in cascade development of Wujiang River. For its complicated geological conditions and large scale in engineering design, some key and difficult issues existed such as arch dam design in complicated karst area, surrounding rock mass stability of large underground chamber, energy dissipation and frog pre- vention, seepage prevention works and comprehensive treatment for karst geological defects, as well as temperature control and crack prevention for arch dam. We give a detail introduction to design considerations according to the above key technological issues and construction procedures and treatment measures as well as practical effectiveness. Up to the end of 2009, all generator units were put into operation, realizing the goal of power generation in advance, thus its safe operation was verified with less engineering investment and better economic benefits.
