凝固过程中粒子在S-L界面前沿的行为 被引量:1

Behavior of Particle at SolidLiquid Interfacein Solidification

摘要 分析了粒子为S-L界面俘获/推移的热力学条件,表明由推移到俘获存在一过渡区,其大小与S-L界面能有关;并由粒子相对界面的运动及热力学条件建立了俘获/推移的动力学条件。所得结论与实验结果相吻合。 The energy condition of engulfing/rejection of particle by advancing solidliquid interface was discussed.There is a transition zone between engulfing and rejection,and it is determined with interface energy of solidliquid.The dynamic condition was also obtained on the bases of particle motion related to the advancing interface and energy condition. The conclusions are in accord with experiment results done by others.
