摘要
建立了反相液相色谱法测定板栗中戊唑醇、咪鲜胺残留量的分析方法。以甲醇作为提取溶剂,经分散离心后,上清液过0.22μm滤膜,HPLC分析,外标法定量。结果表明:在0.1~10.0 mg/L线性范围,戊唑醇和咪鲜胺的相关系数r2分别为0.9979、0.9987,板栗中戊唑醇的添加回收率在79.8%~93.9%之间,变异系数(RSD)在2.3%~8.9%之间,最小检出量为5.28×10-10g,检出限为0.079 mg/kg;咪鲜胺的添加回收率在80.4%~95.6%之间,变异系数(RSD)在1.7%~11.3%之间,最小检出量为6.35×10-10g,检出限为0.083 mg/kg。该方法操作简便快速、重现性好且成本低,满足板栗进出口检测要求。
The determination method of tebuconazole and prochloraz pesticide residues in Castaneae mollissimae products was established by HPLC.The sample was extracted by methanol,then after scatter and centrifugation.The filtrate through a 0.22 μm membrane was analyzed by HPLC.The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis.The results indicated that the linearity was within the range of 0.1~10.0mg/L with correlation coefficient of tebuconazole and prochloraz 0.9979 and 0.9987.The recovery of tebuconazole in castanet molissima was within 79.8%~93.9% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) from 2.3% to 8.9%.The minimum detectable amount was 5.28×10-10 g,and the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.079 mg/kg.The recovery of prochloraz in castanet molissima was within 80.4%~95.6% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) from 1.7% to 11.3%.The minimum detectable amount was 6.35×10-10g,and the limit of detection(LOD) was 0.083 mg/kg.The advantage of this method was simple,rapid and replicatable.It meets the requirements for import and export detection.
