摘要
针对大型风电齿轮箱强度计算中的材料热处理问题,讨论了风电齿轮箱常用材料和热处理方法的选择;分析了齿轮强度计算中与材料热处理因素有关的计算系数及影响程度;研究了材料热处理对变载荷工况下使用系数和寿命系数的影响;给出了渗碳淬火和渗氮齿轮硬化层深度的参考值;列出了疲劳极限应力选取时应注意的问题及各类风电齿轮箱齿轮的最小安全系数。
Based on the infulence factors of strength caculation on wind turbine gearbox,the choice method of material heat-treatment in common use of wind turbine gearbox is discussed,and calculation factors heat-treatment in gear strength caculation are analyzed.In addition,the effects of heat-treatment on application factor and life factors under variable loads are investigated.The recommended case-depth values of carburized gear and nitrided gears are given,and attentions to selection of fatigue allowable stress numbers and minimum safety factor of various wind turbine gearboxes are also listed.
