摘要
通过对某厂硫酸系统的热平衡测试与计算,全面了解该系统的热工状况。针对存在节能或废热回收潜力的环节,提出了设备更新和技术改造的措施和建议,并指出低温位热能的回收利用是制酸系统节能工作的重点。
Heat condition of industrial production of sulfuric acid was realized by means of thermal balance test and calculation. According to potential of energy saving or waste heat recovery, some sug- gestions about carrying out technology modification of energy saving on the industrial production of sul- furic acid were proposed, and the energy recycling was the focus of energy conservation in sulfuric acid.
