摘要
介绍了挪威斯塔万格(stavanger)大学开展的一项针对使用水基钻井液出现井漏问题的研究成果。该成果利用新提出的裂缝力学模型——"弹塑性屏障模型"描述了裂缝产生的过程,指出泥饼作为防漏屏障对提高破裂压力具有重要作用。防漏配方的实验结果表明:防漏剂类型、颗粒强度以及添加剂之间的不同组合,对井眼抗压裂能力都有很大影响。这项研究为新型井壁加固防漏技术提供了理论支持。
This paper introduces a lost circulation study with water-based drilling fluids at the university Stavanger in Norway,presents a new mechanistic model for fracturing called 'the elastoplastic-barrier',describes the fracturing process,and analyses the key role of filter cake in increasing fracturing pressure.While conducting the mud recipes lab research,it was found that different LCM(lost-circulation materials) with different particle strength influence borehole fracturing resistance greatly,as well as synergy between various LCM additives.The research also gives a theoretical support for some new lost circulation curings.
