摘要
通过对低渗致密油气藏压裂液返排机理的研究,得出压裂后压裂液返排的影响因素除了基本地质特征外,主要还有压裂液的水锁伤害、启动压力和返排压差。在此基础上,通过研究提出了低渗致密油气藏压裂后高效返排的技术对策,即以高效返排压裂液和压裂液强化破胶为技术核心,以纤维加砂、液氮伴注、工艺优化和压裂后返排控制为关键技术,实现低渗致密油气藏压裂后压裂液的高效返排。高效返排工艺技术在川西地区致密气藏应用取得了良好的效果,缩短了返排时间,提高了压裂液的返排率和返排效率,降低了压裂液对储层的伤害,保证了压裂改造的效果。
The mechanism of flow-back of fracturing fluid in low permeability gas reservoirs was studied and got the conclusions that the affecting factors were geologic characteristics,water block,actuating pressure and flow-back pressure difference.The key technologies of high-efficient flow-back were high-efficient fracturing fluid,breaker,mixture of fiber and sand and liquid nitrogen.The applications were successful in Chuanxi,which the technology shortened the flow-back time,improved the flow-back efficient,and decreased the damage of reservoirs.
