摘要
在描述行为绩效产生的过程、分析目标状况中影响行为绩效因素的基础上,探讨了目标的综合评价方法及目标设置方法,并得出结论:绩效的产生是目标状况的众多因素综合作用的结果,绩效可以在各因素最佳匹配的情况下达到最大;在一定程度、一定范围内,一个或几个因素的有条件变化,可以改善绩效;当综合考虑问题时,参与程度与行为绩效并不是成简单的正比例关系;在一定程度和范围内,可以通过改善其他因素(如认知度、规模等)来提高相关程度;过细的目标并不一定能产生高水平绩效.
he production process of the
behavior effect is described,the influences which the aim state's difference produces effect for
the some behaviors are analysed;the ways which the aim is installed and evaluated are
inquired,and some conclusions are getted:the effect is the result which the many factors affect
in common and may get the biggest number and may be improved; when the questions are
considered synthetically,the behavior effect and the entered degree are not the relation of the
direct proportion;the correlation degree is raised by improving other factors such as
recognizable degree scale within a certain extent and limits;the minutest aim cann't produce the
high level effect.
