腹腔镜和经脐部弧形切口治疗先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄的对照观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的比较腹腔镜与经脐部弧形切口两种幽门环肌切开术的优越性。方法收治先天性肥厚性幽门狭窄(CHPS)患儿55例,分为腹腔镜组(n=28)和经脐部弧形切口组(n=27)。结果腹腔镜组手术时间平均(31±19)min,接近经脐部弧形切口组;术后(6.2±1.9)h恢复进食,早于经脐部弧形切口组;住院时间较经脐部弧形切口组明显缩短。腹腔镜组无手术失败和并发症发生,经脐部弧形切口组6例伤口感染裂开。结论腹腔镜术治疗CHPS创伤小,恢复快、并发症少,腹腔镜术优于经脐部弧形切口术。
