摘要
根据航空发动机工作叶片实际工作中的载荷环境,即气冷叶片承受低周的离心力负荷、气 动载荷及温度负荷、同时还叠加高周弯曲振动载荷,进行了一系列热循环下复合疲劳和常温机械疲 劳的组合试验,在试验研究基础上提出复合疲劳中耦合损伤的概念及分析方法,并着重研究了复合 疲劳中诸参数的损伤特性;总结出大频率比下复合疲劳的寿命特征,给出响应的寿命分析方法;得 出温度循环下热机械疲劳与常温疲劳寿命间的线性关系.
In the view of zeal operating environment of turbine - engine blades in service, in which the air cooling blades multiple - hole bear low - cycle centrifugal load, air - dynamic load, temperature load, and superposed high cycle bending vibration load, a compound fatigue testing machine which can simulates the loads as above has been designed. A series of tests of compound fatigue under temperature cycle and constant temperature fatigue have been carried out with this machine. On the basis of testing study, the idea and analysis methods of coupling damage in compound fatigue have been proposed, the damage property of some parameters in compound fatigue has been investigated emphatically, the life Property of compund fatigue under large frequency ratio has been summed up, and the relevant life analysis methods have been suggested. The linear relationship between thermal - mechanical fatigue and constant temperature fatigue has been obtained.
