摘要
通过瓶试和现场应用试验,研究了反相破乳剂TS-786A在海上油田采油污水处理中的净水性能,以及与现场所用破乳剂、缓蚀剂的配伍性,确定了TS-786A的使用浓度。应用结果表明:反相破乳剂TS-786A具有良好的反相破乳性能,注入质量浓度为5.0 mg/L时即可保证外排污水油质量浓度<25 mg/L,使用效果优于国内外同类产品,达到了节能减排的目的。
The demulsification capacity of the reverse demulsifier TS-786A applied to the treatment of the wastewater from petroleum production in off-shore oilfields,and the compatibility with the using of demulsifier and corrosion inhibitor have been studied in laboratory.The concentration of TS-786A applied is confirmed.The practice results show that TS-786A has very good reverse demulsification capacity.When the dosage of TS-786A is 5.0 mg/L,the oil concentration of the effluent water is lower than 25 mg/L.The application result shows that the demulsification capability of TS-786A is better than the same kind of products produced both in China and abroad.The application of TS-786A leads to energy saving and emmision reduction.
