单臂铰链式外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗不稳定性肘关节骨折脱位的临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨单臂铰链式外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗不稳定性肘关节骨折脱位的方法及临床疗效。方法:2006年1月~2008年6月,采用单臂铰链式外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗不稳定性肘关节骨折脱位患者21例,完整随访21例。男15例,女6例;平均年龄32.3(17~65)岁;左侧5例,右侧16例。以Mayo评分进行肘关节功能评定。结果:平均随访时间10.6个月(8~12个月)。Mayo评分平均85分(64~95分),优16例,良3例,中1例。结论:单臂铰链式外固定支架结合有限内固定治疗不稳定性肘关节骨折脱位,能提高术后肘关节的稳定性,保证早期安全的功能锻炼,预防关节僵硬,减少异位骨化的发生,可使肘关节获得满意的复位和功能。 Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of limited internal fixation combined with unilateral hinged external fixator for treating unstable fracture dislocation of the elbow.Methods:21 cases of unstable elbow fracture dislocation were treated by unilateral hinged external fixator combining with internal fixation from Jan.2006 to Jun.2008,among which 21 patients(15 male and 6 female)were followed up.The average age was 32.3 years(17~65 years).The 21 elbow fracture dislocation involved 5 onleft side,16 on right side.All the 21 cases were evaluated with Mayo elbow performance score.Results:The average follow-up time was 10.6 months(from the range of 8 months to 12 months).Average Mayo elbow score was 85(64~95 score).16 patients rated as excellent,3 good,and 1 fair.Conclusion:The operation in combination with unilateral hinged external fixator for treating unstable fracture dislocation of the elbow can enhance lateral stability of the elbow,guarantee early safe functional exercise,prevent elbow stiffness,and reduce Hetero topic ossification to obtain satisfactory reduction and function.
