摘要
本文综述了目前国外木质碎料干燥技术的现状。分别介绍了主要的燃料种类和能源转换方式、在人造板工业上常被应用的典型干燥装置、近年来在干燥工艺和节能技术方面的进展,以及干燥设备的安全卫生保护。
Dryings of particle and fiber are quite important processes formanufacturing of particleboard and fiberboard. This paper describes thetechnical level with regards to the related researching.task. Chief fuels, suchas coal, natural gas, oil and wood waste, and typical drying mediums, forexample, hot water, hot oil, steam, hot air and gas with high temperature, arerespectively introduced. Several kinds of dryers, that are extensively usedin wood-based panel plants,including traditional dryer equipped with hea-ted tubes, three or single-pass bryers, jet dryer, tube-type dryers, flowdrying bed with vibration and suspension dryer, are. in brief explained, Some current developments on drying process and equipment of particle andfiber are also,described. Many possible reasons to cause fire and explosionin dryer are analyzed and methods to solve the problem are also research-ed.
