摘要
生物材料的植入为细菌粘附提供位点,常引发感染等并发症。聚氨酯材料被称为是理想的生物材料,对它的抗菌改性是近年来的研究热点之一。按照改性方法的不同,综述了10年来聚氨酯生物材料在抗菌改性上的研究进展,并对抗菌抗感染聚氨酯材料的未来发展做出展望。
The implantation of biomaterials provides the site for bacterial to adhere and always causes the complications such as infection.Polyurethane materials are called ideal biomaterials.In recent years the antibacterial modification of polyurethane materials was one of the research focuses.The progress of the antibacterial modifications in the recent ten years was reviewed according to the methods of incorporating the antibiotics into the materials.The future development of the antibacterial and anti-infective polyurethane materials was also suggested.
