摘要
目的探讨小儿高热惊厥(FC)的临床特点及其与脑电图的关系。方法对153例小儿高热惊厥患儿的临床特点和脑电图进行记录分析。结果 FC发生的原因可能与小儿年龄和遗传等因素具有密切关系,反复发作的FC可能会对小儿的脑功能产生不良影响,甚至产生癫痫行为。结论 EEG的异常率与FC的临床特征有很大关系。若EEG多次异常,FC有可能发展为癫痫,因此,对EEG的异常、有性放电的患儿,均应采取抗癫药物进行治疗。
Objective Explore pediatric convulsions（FC）high clinical characteristics and eeg.Mehods For 153 pediatric patients with clinical characteristics of heat convulsions eeg recording and analysis.Results FC causes and factors such as age and genetic relationship with recurrent FC may in the adverse effects of brain function,even epilepsy.Conclusion The rate of EEG anomalies with FC clinical characteristics has the very big relations.If multiple abnormalities,fc-series EEG is likely to develop epilepsy,therefore,the EEG abnormalities,having children,the discharge shall be taken against epilepsy drugs.
