摘要
利用酚渣油树脂替代酚醛树脂制备漆料，可降低漆料成本，开拓酚渣油树脂的应用范围。研究模拟酚醛树脂制漆的工艺，探索出一套适用于酚渣油树脂制漆的工艺条件。研究表明：由酚渣油树脂所研制的漆料其性能接近松香改性酚醛树脂漆料，其各项技术指标均达到化工部颁标准。
Phenol formaldehyde resin used for coating is synthesized by using phenolic residue resin. The cost of this coating material can be decrease. Thus, the application range of phenolic residue resin is developed. This paper presents the synthetic technology and the appropriate conditions. The results show that it is successful and all the technical indexes of the phenolic residue resin coating are in accordance with National Standard.
