摘要
结合徐州市"城中村"现状,针对其土地征收和管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析,探讨了徐州市"城中村"治理改造的困境,并提出了相应的治理改造建议,以期促进徐州城市化进程,实现城市可持续发展。
Combining with the current situation of the city villages in Xuzhou, the paper analyzes the problems in the land expropriation and management process, explores the dilemma of the treatment and reconstruction of city villages in Xuzhou, and points out respective reconstruction suggestions, so as to enhance the urbanization progress in Xuzhou and realize the sustainable development in the city.
