摘要
从理论机理研究开始,通过科学研究和大量试验,研究开发改性增强复合材料(PA-G-F-200型),用于制造电力金具,各项性能指标满足电力金具材料的技术要求,并具有节能环保等突出优点。利用该材料试制了系列悬垂线夹、系列耐张线夹和500 kV四分裂导线间隔棒等产品,并通过了相关性能试验,符合相关金具的技术条件。
Starting from studying the theoretical mechanism, through intensified research and a large number of experiments, the modified- reinforced composites (Type PA - GF - 200) is developed for manufacture of electric fittings. All the technical performance indexes have proved to meet the requirements for the materials of electrical fittings with outstanding energy-saving and environmental protection advantages. The series suspension and tension clamps and the 4-split conductor spacers for the 500 kV transmission line, trial-manufactured with this materials have passed the related tests and prove to be in align with the technical requirements.
